Loo May Pearl’s experience covers a broad range of banking and finance matters including syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and private debt securitization as well as loan restructuring and rescheduling. She has advised and represented financial institutions, real-estate investment trusts as well as investment and property development groups in many financing transactions, which involves different asset classes as collateral, ranging from real estate to shares to receivables.
May Pearl also has extensive real estate experience. She has represented purchasers and vendors for the sale and purchase of property, residential, commercial and retail malls, and property developers in connection with the property development for residential and commercial as well as integrated development. She has frequently advised major developers and has overseen some of the largest property transactions in Malaysia. She also advises on tenancies,  leases and common property issues  in connection with residential, commercial as well as retail lots and on property joint venture developments.
